Bike Poster Preview!
This is my design for Artcrank 2013! So excited to be a part of it year after year. This is the digital version of what the screen print will hopefully look like. I didnt have time to print my own this year, unfortunately, so Ive enlisted the help of my friend Matt, who runs Dueltone Printmaking here in Portland, OR. He can do amazing things. The show is always a must see, but this year for sure. Daria Tessler, Blaine Fontana and Kegan Onefoot-Wenkman are among the many talented artists.

Waking Up
I used to have a lot of nightmares where I was being chased by someone or something. It was usually some sort of dark entity or invisible force trying to harm or kill me. I had those dreams so much that I started learning how to wake myself up. I would close my eyes and either float or fly upwards into the clouds. The clouds representing consciousness. Sometimes I would wake up right as I could feel a hand grabbing my foot.

The Charming Sisters
This is my piece for the Circus themed show happening this month at the Peoples Art Gallery in Portland. I decided to take it back to the old style and use charcoal. It is still one of my favorite processes and I have decided I will be using it a lot more for my upcoming shows. While I do love color, there is just something about black and white that feels more natural and almost dream-like to me.

Celestial Beings
These were some of the pieces I had up at Redux in April. Inspired by aliens, underwater organisms, and higher beings. Weird, I know, but in my head it all makes sense.
T-Shirt Design
I timed this one. About 7 hours from start to finish... with a few breaks in between. Its for AIGA's dMob event on July 10th. Its a BYOTEE shirt party that takes place at Rontoms. I hope its not too complex for a screen print t-shirt design. The ones from the past years were on the simpler side. If some of the detail gets lost in the process that is ok. Might look even cooler that way. If you want a shirt with this on it, come to the party. Its going to be fun!
